Base labeller belt applicator
The base labeller has a belt type applicator which feeds the labels up from the thermal head along four
belts and onto the base of the pack.
The belts run at a fixed speed and are controlled by their own dc motor and motor driver unit
An electrical box in base labeller cabinet holds the motor driver for the belt applicator and the outfeed
conveyor.
NOTE: the two driver units in this box look very similar but have a different power output.
These photos show the driver unit for the belt applicator
This unit is the AXHD30K-K2 (565-003).
The driver type can be identified by the sticker on the rear face of the driver
