Stepper motor

The stepper motor is the motor used to pull the label through the labeller, feeding it the correct distance
required for the given label length. It rotates the drive roller on the labeller via a tooth belt
The stepper is connected to the labeller board onto PL9 and is powered by the 42v PSU.
For replacement / adjustment of toothed belt refer to the servicing section
The speed of the stepper motor is adjusted by changing the print speed for the selected plu.
The print speed range is 50-260mm/sec.
Cassette labeller uses different stepper motor and the max for this is 200mm/sec.

Stepper motor ramp speed
Stepper motor ramp type setting. This
should be set to Sigmoid

stepper motor ramp up speed is set
within the console / worldview software.
