3 Tile Assembly
Replacement Procedure
1 . Remove the eight Screws
2 . Disconnect the Ethernet Cable Out (red), Neutral Wire, Live Wire, DC Power Cable (J6), Ethernet Cable In (grey), Nurse Call Cable (J19)
and the three Earth Cables .
3 . Replace the Tile Assembly .
Refitting Note:
Ensure that all connectors are pushed fully home and that the cables are not trapped under relays . Torque screws to 170cNm
Latest Workstation spare tile assemblies (1000SP01614, 1000SP01615, 1000SP01616 and 1000SP01617) and module
A
assemblies (1000SP00632, 1000SP00633, 1000SP00634, 1000SP00635 and 1000SP00636) are preloaded with
firmware and are only compatible with Workstation software v1 .1 .5 and above .
Prior to Workstation repair or upgrade, confirm the installed software version .
