Tiles not Shown in the Web User Interface or PDMS (Software v1.1.3)
Software configuration for the tile's Ethernet Switches was corrected in v1 .1 .5 and above .
• Upgrade to the latest Workstation software variant .
Tile Failure and Portal System Fault Indicator (SFI) alarms when Pump is fitted to a Tile
• Replace the Tile assembly and upgrade the Workstation to the latest software variant
• Send Customer Feedback and faulty Tile assembly to the Customer Advocacy department at CareFusion if the following revision
status is shown on the tile PCB:

Two Vertical high - 1000EL00708 Rev 8 and above

Two Horizontal wide - 1000EL00712 Rev 8 and above
-
Three Vertical high - 1000EL00636 Rev 10 and above

Three Horizontal wide - 1000EL00716 Rev 7 and above
System Fault Indicator (SFI) Alarms - Compact Flash (CF) Card Failures
The Workstation alarms 5 minutes after every power up .
There is no communication with the Workstation Web Service page or the event log failed to download .
• It is recommended that all Compact Flash Cards are purchased directly from CareFusion, as the use of Compact Flash Cards
purchased from any other source may invalidate the warranty . Please contact CareFusion Technical Support for further guidance
• Replace the CF card

Compact Flash Card
has now been replaced
by the larger capacity
512mb Compact Flash
Card .
