Using the machine

10.6 HEATING A DRINK

- Position the tap (2) over the grille and use the
knob (1) to dispense steam for one/two seconds to
drain the water contained in the steam tap.
- Pour the drink in the jug. We recommend using
stainless steel jugs with conical spouts.
- Insert the steam tap (2) into the jug, then dispense
steam by working on knob (1).
- After heating up, turn off the steam supply.
- After preparing each drink, dispense steam for
a few seconds to remove any residual drink.
Before and after each dispensing, clean using
an exclusively dedicated cloth (to be replaced
periodically) to avoid the formation of limescale
deposits difficult to remove.
CAUTION: Be aware that the wand
(2) is hot and can burn your hand.
To move it, hold it only in the area
(4) coated with rubber.
10.7 PREPARATION OF TEA, CAMOMILE AND OTHER
HOT DRINKS
- Place the special jug under the water tap (5).
- Press button (6) to dispense hot water, when the
set time is reached the dispensing stops.
- Add the desired product.

10.8 ADDITIONAL STEAM OUTLET (OPTIONAL)
It is possible to use the additional steam outlet by
connecting a silicone tube fully tightened with a
screw steel clamp. Turn clockwise (+) to allow the
steam to come out, turn anticlockwise (-) to stop it.

Warning: hot surface. Never open
the tap when the silicone tube is not
connected to the steam outlet. This
operation must be performed only
by a specialised technician.
