- Position a suitable jug with handle under the
dispenser (11) and dispense water by pressing
button (4), checking that water is dispensed
correctly; the water dispensing ends automatically
at the end of the set time.
- Place a jug of water and insert the spout in the
tap (12). Open the steam tap by turning knob (5)
anticlockwise and try to heat water up. Repeat the
same operation with the dispenser on the other
side of the machine.
- Assemble the filter holders in the units, place some
cups underneath and make some dispensing
cycles by enabling the various types of extraction
each time using the relative buttons on the button
panel (9). Check that the water is dispensed
correctly in the cup.

- Check that the pump pressure shown by pressure
gauge (13) is approx. 9 bar (130 PSI).
- Switch off the machine by turning the switch (6) to
position "0", the displays will switch off. Close the
water supply with the relevant tap.

Autosteamer version
ATTENTION: we recommend the
following maximum dispensing
quantities:
• maximum 100cc of continuous
coffee delivery for each coffee unit.
• maximum 500cc of continuous hot
water delivery.
• 30 seconds of continuous steam
delivery.
IMPORTANT: during dispensing,
check that the pump pressure is
between 8 and 9 bar (116 - 130
PSI). If pressure is not within this
range, it must be adjusted. Call the
Technical Service for the adjustment.
