Programming
If you want to change the parameter you must act on
the buttons (A) (-) or (B) (+) with steps of 1 ml.
During editing, the dose flashes.
Press (C)/(D) to scroll forward/backward through
all doses for all units, displaying both the continuous
dose button and the two additional doses for the
7-button version (after the last dose you then switch
back to the first one). The doses also include the
MAN button (E).
To exit the setup menu at any time, press (E), which
returns you to the "Dose Setup" screen again.
PRE-INFUSION
When you have finished setting the coffee doses,
press button (D) to switch to the display for selecting
the pre-infusion function. By pressing button (E)
you can enable/disable the pre-infusion using the
button (A) (<) or (B) (>). Once the choice has been
confirmed with button (E), programming of the
single/double pre-infusion times takes place.
Use button (C) (<) or (D) (>) to select single/double
ON/OFF programming. The following screen will
be displayed:

If you want to change the pre-infusion activation
time, press buttons (A) (+) and (B) (-). When you
have finished setting all the values, from the pre-
infusion OFF/pause screen, press (E) to confirm
and move on to the procedure for changing the
parameters of the DOUBLE COFFEE PRE-INFUSION.
The procedure for changing the parameters is the
same as for SINGLE COFFEE PRE-INFUSION. The
following screen will be displayed:
PREBREW. DOUBLE
Once all the values have been set correctly, press (E)
to confirm and return to the PRE-FUSION menu.
ENABLING OF USER "FLUSH" SIGNAL
When you have finished setting the double coffee
dose pre-infusion, press button (D) to switch to the
function display for ENABLING FLUSH MESSAGE
(press (E) to enter the menu). This function, specific
for machines with thermosiphon circulation,
generates an indication/suggestion on the button
panels when the machine remains on without
dispensing coffee for a certain time (default 15
minutes). This operation is necessary to clean the
unit head and ensure a better extraction. The display
shows:
