Setting the hot key

To directly call out a function without going through the layers of the on-screen display (OSD)
menus, select a specific function for a hot key. To access this function, press HOT KEY on the
remote control.
1. Select Menu > Configuration > Hot-Key Settings.
2. Select the one function for the hot key:
Size Presets
Picture Settings
Default Value
Detail
Contrast Enhancement
Light Source Mode
Image Freeze
Information
Disable Warp/Blend
3. To set the selected function as the hot key, press ENTER.
When the hot key is set to Disable Warp/Blend, pressing the hot key once disables the currently
applied warp and blend. Pressing the hot key again enables the function and returns the warp and
blend to the screen.

Configuring date and time settings

Configure the date and time settings of the projector. Make sure these settings are accurate if you
want to use the schedule feature.
1. Select Menu > Configuration > Date and Time.
2. Set up the appropriate setting:
Clock Mode—Sets the clock mode to Local or Network. A NTP Server is required if the
clock mode is set to Network.
Date—Sets a date for the projector. The date format is Year/Month/Date.
Time—Sets the time for the projector.
Daylight Saving Time—Configures the daylight saving settings if required.
NTP Server—Selects a NTP Server for the network clock mode.
Time Zone—Selects an appropriate time zone for the network clock mode.
Update Interval—Sets the date and time update interval.
3. To apply the date and time settings, select Apply.
