ISO 15693 host commands

[0xBF] Transparent command according to ISO 15693
This command sends RF commands defined according to ISO 15693 to the transponder.
Note
This command is only available for ISO 15693 transponders. This command does not work if
Buffered Read Mode or Scan Mode is activated.
