This parameter defines the first byte in the raw data (defined by DB-ADR and D-LGT) that is transferred in
"Scan Mode". To transfer the entire data block, D-START must be set to 0.
Note:
The size of a data block depends on the type of transponder.
D-LGT
D-LGT defines the length of the raw data transferred in "Scan Mode". Number of data bytes to be transferred
beginning with D-START.
