Remedy
Connect diagnostic PC and carry out
a complete system diagnosis:
Bulk power supply switched on and
healthy?
Verify that the wiring is secure:
• Tug on the wires/cable-clamps
• Measure the DC voltage at the ter-
minal block connector to the bulk
power supply
Connect diagnostic PC and carry out
a complete system diagnosis:
• DC unbalance
• too high jitter level
• too high noise level
Bus segment...
• ...badly terminated?
• ...miswired (shield connections)?
• ...short circuit overload?
Power supply/conditioner modules
healthy and well mounted?
Connect diagnostic PC and carry out
a complete system diagnosis:
Bulk power supply voltage correct?
Board type configuration correct?
Board redundancy configuration cor-
rect?
Replace the device with a new one!
