Test Setup:
Remove red lead from power supply and connect to 0.1ohm resistor.
Connect other end of resistor to "+" terminal of power supply using a second red label.
Connect multimeter across the resistor.
Set voltage scale (if DVM is not autoranging) to 220mV.
Do this...
