6. Lower vehicle and remove the lifting device.
7. Install the drive belt as instructed. See Drive Belt Installation on page 25-3.
8. Connect battery and spark plug wire(s). See Connecting the Battery – Gasoline Vehicles on page 1-4.
9. Drive the vehicle and check for proper operation.

DRIVEN CLUTCH

DRIVEN CLUTCH REMOVAL

1. Remove the drive belt as instructed. See Drive Belt Removal on page 25-3.
2. Remove the bolt (11) and mounting washer (12) from the clutch shaft (Figure 25-21, Page 25-15).
3. Grasp the driven clutch assembly and slide it off the shaft.
4. Leave the key (9) in the keyway.
