OVEN FUNCTIONS

Oven is turned off.
Interior illumination
This position is used for illumination of the interior without any heating.
Quick heating
Upper and grill heater are turned on, fan starts operating. Used for initial heating.
Defrosting
Fan is turned on. Oven will not heat, only move the air around to quicker defrosting.
Fan and combined grill on
When the knob is turned to this posi-tion, the oven activates the combined grill and fan
function. In practice, this function allows the grilling process to be speeded up and an
improvement in the taste of the dish. You should only use the grill with the oven door shut.
Stronger grill (Supergrill)
By using the "supergrill" function, both grill and upper heater are turned on. This allows
the upper part of the cavity to become more heated, which makes food more grilled, and
allows bigger pieces to be cooked.
Grill
Grill is used to cook small amounts of meat: steaks, fish, toasts, sasuages, etc. Grilled
food should not be thicker than 2-3 cm and it should be turned over during cooking.
Bottom heater
This function turns only the bottom heating element on. This can be used to cook damp or
stuffed dough.
Upper and lower heater
This function turns both top and bottom heaters on. It is perfect for cooking meat cakes,
fish, pizza, bread. Pre-heating is recommended. Please cook on one level.
Ring heater and fan
Selecting this function will turn the ring heater and fan. This forces the air inside to move
with the fan in the middle. This allows lower temperatures to be selected and still be
effective. It also ensures even cooking of the food.
Top and bottom heater, fan
This function is perfect for cooking cakes. Fan ensures even heat distribution inside.
