Ring and bottom heater, fan
This setting will turn on ring and bottom heater with fan assistance. This will heat
bottom of the food more. It is recommended for pizza and damp dough.

SIGNAL LAMPS

There are 2 signal lamps that inform the user about oven operation – R and L. R lamp signalises oven
being turned on. L lamp signalises heating. When this lamp turns off, it indicates reaching the selected
temperature. Recipes suggest inserting food into a pre-heated oven – please wait until L lamp turns off
for the first time after turning the oven on before putting anything inside. Also, L lamp will occasionally
turn on and off – indicating heating stages that will keep the temperature inside stable. Please note that
R lamp will be also lit in "Interior illumination" function.
IMPORTANT:
During quick heating, oven interior should be empty – insert wire rack or cooking tray after desired
temperature was reached. Quick heating is not recommended when timer is set.

GRILL USAGE

Grilling is conducted by emitting infrared waves by grill heater.
To turn the grill on:
• Set the function knob to
• Heat the oven for 5 minutes (with door closed).
• Insert a tray with food to be grilled in desired slot. If you use wire rack, insert tray directly
beneath it to catch dripping fat,
• Close the oven door.
For grill and supergrill functions, maximum temperature set is 250ºC, and when fan is used 190ºC.
ATTENTION:
Cooking should be conducted with closed door only.
During cooking, accessible parts may become hot. Keep children away.
