LT30 HYDRAULIC TANDEM

The hydraulically controlled tandem adds versatility to the LT30 by allowing the tandem to be adjusted after
the trailer has been loaded. Useful to help balance a load or adjust the tongue weight for added traction at
the time of transport. To ensure snag free adjustment, check that the trailer is on level ground and that the
frame is not under tension or twisted.
IMPORTANT
Remove the tandem bolt before loading,
to ensure the tandem will be able to move.
6�1�1� HYDRAULIC TANDEM
CONTROL
This 3-position "spring-loaded-to-center
neutral" valve controls the flow of oil to the
hydraulic cylinder powering tandem.
1. Pull the hydraulic control lever back and
hold to move the tandem forward towards
the boom.
2. Release the lever and it will return to
neutral and stop moving the tandem.
3. Push the lever forward to move the
tandem backward, away the boom.
4. Release the lever and it will return to
neutral and stop moving the tandem.

Before loading and using the LT30 hydraulic tandem,
check that the tandem bolt has been removed and
ensure that the tandem slide is lubricated.
