Installing the Hold-Down
Brackets for the Tank Skid
Parts needed for this procedure:
2 Hold-down brackets
Procedure
1. Remove the 2 rear flange-head bolts and 2
flange locknuts that secure the support bracket
for the engine tube to the frame of the machine
(Figure 6).
Note:
Retain the fasteners for later use.
1. Rear hole—support
bracket (engine tube)
2. Flange locknut
3. Flange-head bolt
2. Rotate the lift cylinder to provide clearance to
install the hold-down bracket for the tank skid
(Figure 6).

3. Assemble the hold-down brackets to support
bracket and frame the using the 2 flange-head
bolts and flange locknuts removed in step
(Figure 7).

4. Torque the bolts and nuts to 91 to 113 N∙m (67
to 83 ft-lb).
5. Repeat steps
