2. As shown below, we will then see a window displaying all of our group's connections. Double
click on the second connection to display the site Central/Rem_1204 connection information.
3. From the displayed window you may add, edit, or delete phone numbers. Site Rem_1204 has a
Centrex system. So, when calling out to site Central you must first dial a 9. We need to add a 9
to each of Rem_1204's dial out phone numbers for Central. To edit the numbers:
a. Click on the first number we need to change (5551111).
b. Click on Edit. The existing phone number will be displayed.
