The SmartSwitch Remote Access Module can communicate with various CyberSWITCH products
in addition to other modules via a PPP connection. We will use an example configuration to
describe how to set up an IP network with a SmartSwitch Remote Access Module and other remote
devices including a CSX1204, a CSX100, and a modem user device. For this example, we are
assuming that SmartSwitch Remote Access Module "Central" is the central site system, and that the
remote devices will want to call into it; site Central may or may not want to call into the remote sites.
To configure this network, we will use SFVRA Configuration Manager (SFVRA-CFG). SFVRA-CFG
allows you to centrally configure and manage a network that includes SmartSwitch Remote Access
Modules and CyberSWITCH systems.
We illustrate the example with the following graphic.
