Countermeasure for envelope wrinkles
１．Please try the following settings for envelope feeding before modifying the machine.
1) Paper setting
Select the "Plain Paper type 2" setting instead of the thick paper setting.
(Manual description will be changed.)
2) Paper Tray
Put the envelopes in the paper tray. (The normal paper tray or paper tray unit is better
than the by-pass for envelope feeding.)
3) Envelope set direction
Sometimes the paper wrinkle is improved if the envelope set direction is reversed.
If the paper wrinkle is not solved, try the adjustment below.
