Title
The user authentication data is cleared during a
firmware update. As a result, the new firmware
cannot be installed with RC Gate.
The following feature from a customization was
added as standard:
SP5-055-001 (Display IP Address):
Displays the IP address on the second line of the
operation panel when the printer is in the Ready
condition.
0: OFF (default)
1: ON
Important: To use these new features, you need to
install all of the following firmware together as a set.
Websys v1.05 or later (P/N #G1045235C)
Controller v1.07.2 or later (P/N #G1045239F)
Printer v1.07.2 or later (P/N #G1045243F)
Sometimes, the firmware cannot be updated via
RC Gate.
