Distance
This value corresponds to the distance between the camera and the reflector. It is either
calculated by the camera itself or it is specified by a controller (see chapter CenSOR - Measured
values (Page 82)).
Note
Distance has a direct effect on the measured deflection
As distance has a direct effect on the measured deflection, this value should be as accurate as
possible. If the value is specified externally, scale and offset must be taken into account. If it is
calculated internally, the correct lens and the accurate size of the white reflector area are crucial.
Perform the following steps in the specified sequence:
Step 1
Move the reflector to the lower work area.
Step 2
Press the "Take lower position" button.
The color of the button changes from gray to green.
Step 3
Move the reflector into the proximity of the camera.
