config stp ports
Purpose
Used to set up STP on the port level.
config stp ports <portlist> {cost
Syntax
[auto|<value 1-200000000>]|priority
<value 0-240>|migrate [yes|no] | edge
[true|false] |p2p [true|false|auto] |state
[enabled|disabled]|
Description
This command is used to set up the
Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) on the port
level.
Parameters
<portlist> − Specifies a range of ports to be
configured. Ports are specified by entering
the lowest port number in a group, and
then the highest port number in a group,
separated by a dash. So, a port group
including the switch ports 1, 2, and 3
would be entered as 1-3. Ports that are not
contained within a group are specified by
entering their port number, separated by a
comma. So, the port group 1-3 and port 49
would be entered as 1-3, 49. Additional
ports can be individually entered by their
port number, separated by commas. If you
enter the ports sub-command, you can
enter the port STP cost, priority, and state
