Applying patches
The VERITAS NetBackup patches that must be applied to use the tape library are as
follows:

Tape drivers
When the tape library is used in Windows NT 4.0/Windows 2000, the VERITAS
halfinch.sys tape driver must be installed (*1).
Download the driver from http://support.veritas.com/.
*1 Use only the VERITAS halfinch.sys tape driver.

Setting a robot type and drive type
1) Open the Media and Device Management window from the NetBackup

Administration window, and add a robot and a drive from the Action menu on the
menu bar.
