C = number of port to which a device is connected. The port number of the
switch is indicated here.

DD = loop ID. 00 if the device is connected directly to the switch.
b) Confirmation using the LT160 operator panel
The WWPN can also be checked from the operator panel.
•
For controllers
Select [MENU] → [Information] → [Host I/F] from the home window on
the operator panel, and select the adapter that has been installed. You can
then check the WWPN.
•
For drives
Select [MENU] → [Information] → [Drive] from the home window on the
operator panel, and select the driver that has been installed. You can then
check the WWPN.
