definition, port definition, and fcp-bind-target definition.
a) Alias definition
Define an alias name for the WWPN of the tape library. This definition makes
possible settings that use the alias name instead of the WWPN.
Define the alias name as shown below.
alias="alias-name:wwn", ...;
"TARGET_0A:0x100000a0b8030001",
"TARGET_1A:0x100000a0b8030002",
"TARGET_0B:0x100000a0b8030003",
"TARGET_1B:0x100000a0b8030004";
"LT160:0x210000000eda0789",
"DRIVE0:0x5005076300409cb0",
"DRIVE1:0x5005076300409b06",
"DRIVE2:0x5005076300409b87",
"DRIVE3:0x5005076300409b3e";
alias-name
WWPN (World Wide Port Name)
Specify a WWPN alias name for alias-name. The alias consists of up to 16
characters consisting of letters (A to Z and a to z), numbers (0 to 9), and
symbols (_ - and #). The alias must begin with a letter and is case-sensitive.
Use hexadecimal numbers, prefixed with "0x," to specify the WWPN of a
Fibre Channel adapter for WWPN.
Notes:
1.
Use a colon (:) to link the alias name and WWPN. Enclose the alias name
and WWPN in double quotation marks (").
2.
If more than one alias is defined, use a comma (,) to separate each "alias-
name:WWPN."
3.
Be sure to end the definition with a semicolon (;).
