Getting Started
To enter or change a setpoint using the GC keyboard:
1 Press one of the blue keys (such as [Front Inlet]) at the top of
the keyboard. A list of the relevant setpoints appears in the
display.
2 If the list contains more than one setpoint, the cursor (<) on
the right points to one of them. Use the s and t keys to move
the cursor to the setpoint you want to change.
3 Type the new value, then press [Enter]. The setpoint changes.
4 Continue until all the setpoints are correct.
For example, to set the front inlet temperature to 250 °C and
the oven initial conditions to 110 °C for 1 minute:
1 Press [Front Inlet]. The inlet setpoint list appears.
2 Since the list has only one entry, the cursor is in the correct
position. Type [2] [5] [0] [Enter].
3 Press [Oven]. The oven setpoint list appears.
4 The list contains several entries. If necessary, press the s or t
keys to position it next to the Init temp line.
5 Type [1] [1] [0] [Enter].
6 Move the cursor to the Init time line.
7 Type [1] [Enter].
8 The three setpoints have been entered.
See the 6820 Operation manual on the 6820 User Information
