LATCHES & HINGES
Lubricate the cover hinges every 200 hours of operation with
light machine oil. Lubricate the following:
• Front cover, hinges and latches
• Side doors, hinges and latches
• Top cover, hinges and latches
• Scrub head doors
The scrub head lift arm bearings are located on both sides
of the machine just above the scrub head. These bearings
can be best accessed when the scrub head is in the lowered
position.
Lubricate the steering fork bearings every 100 hours using
Lubriplate EMB grease.

STATIC STRAP

A static strap prevents the buildup of static electricity in the
machine. The static strap is attached to the back of the
frame behind the left rear tire. Replace the static strap if it is
damaged or no longer touches the fl oor.
