Diagnostics and troubleshooting
301i
Laser spot must always be incident on the reflector.
Traverse rate < 10 m/s?
Restrict traversing path or select AMS with larger
measurement range.
Reduce velocity.
Select AMS with heating or ensure cooling.
Clean reflector or glass lens.
Optimize usage conditions.
Check alignment.
Remove protective foil from reflector.
In case of low temperatures, remedy may be an
AMS with heating.
If temperatures are too high, provide cooling or
change mounting location.
Send in device at next possible opportunity to have
laser diode replaced. Have replacement device
ready.
Send in device for repair.
