H7 - Trasportare il carrello elevatore su
un rimorchio
Controllare la corretta applicazione delle
istruzioni di sicurezza relative alla piatta-
forma di trasporto prima di caricare il car-
rello elevatore, e verificare che il condut-
tore del mezzo di trasporto sia informato
delle caratteristiche dimensionali e del
peso del carrello elevatore (Vedi capitolo:
CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE nella parte
2 - DESCRIZIONE).
Accertarsi che la piattaforma abbia delle
dimensioni e una capacità di carico suffi-
cienti per trasportare il carrello elevatore.
Controllare anche la pressione di contatto
al suolo autorizzata per la piattaforma
rispetto al carrello elevatore.
Caricare il carrello elevatore
- Bloccare le ruote della piattaforma di
trasporto.
- Fissare le rampe di carico alla piattaforma,
in modo da ottenere un angolo il più
piccolo possibile per far salire il carrello
elevatore.
- Caricare il carrello elevatore parallelamen-
te alla piattaforma.
- Spegnere il carrello elevatore (Vedi capi-
tolo: ISTRUZIONI DI GUIDA nella parte:
1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME DI SICUREZZA).
Imbarcare un carrello elevatore
- Fissare i cunei davanti e dietro a ciascun
pneumatico (Fig. H7/1) e :
- Bloccare il carrello elevatore sulla piatta-
forma con funi sufficientemente resistenti,
sulla parte anteriore del carrello elevatore
nei punti di ancoraggio 1 e 2 (Fig. H4/4).
- Portare le funi in tensione (Fig. H4/4).

H7 -Transporting the forklift truck by
trailer
Make sure the safety instructions relati-
ve to the transport platform are applied
correctly before loading the forklift truck,
and check to make sure the vehicle dri-
ver is informed about the dimensions and
weight of the weight of the forklift truck
(See Chapter: TECHNICAL FEATURES in
section 2 – DESCRIPTION).
Make sure the dimensions and load capa-
city of the platform are sufficient for
transporting the forklift truck. Also check
the authorized contact pressure with the
ground for the platform in relation to the
forklift truck.
Load the forklift truck
- Block the wheels of the transport platform.
- Fix the loading ramps to the platform, in
such a manner as to obtain the smallest
possible angle to lift the forklift truck up.
- Load the forklift truck parallel to the plat-
form.
- Switch the forklift truck off (See Chapter:
DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS in the part: 1 –
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND STANDARDS).
Slinging a forklift truck
- Fix the wedges in front and behind each
tyre (Fig. H7/1) and:
- Block the forklift truck on the platform
using sufficiently resistant ropes, on the
front part of the forklift truck in fixing
points 1 and 2 (Fig. H4/4).
- Tighten the ropes (Fig. H4/4).

Sattelauflieger beförden
Vor dem Verladen des Teleskopladers dar-
auf achten, dass die Sicherheitsvorschriften
des Tiefladers
Den Fahrer des Tiefladers über die
Abmessungen und das Gewicht des
Teleskopladers in Kenntnis setzen (vgl.
Kapitel: TECHNISCHE DATEN, Abschnitt 2
- BESCHREIBUNG).
Prüfen, ob der Tieflader die für den
Transport des Teleskopladers nötigen
Abmessungen und eine ausreichende
Traglast aufweist. Außerdem sicherstel-
len, dass der zulässige Bodendruck für den
Teleskoplader ausreichend ist.
Teleskoplader verladen
- Die Räder des Tiefladers gegen Wegrollen
sichern.
- Die Laderampe so am Tieflader befestigen,
dass der Neigungswinkel zum Verladen
des Teleskopladers so gering als möglich
ist.
- Den Teleskoplader parallel zum Tieflader
aufladen.
- Den Teleskoplader abschalten (vgl.
Kapitel: LENKANWEISUNGEN im
Teil: 1 - SICHERHEITSHINWEISE UND
-VORSCHRIFTEN).
Teleskoplader verseilen
- Die Keile vor und hinter jedem Reifen
(Abb. H7/1) befestigen und:
- Den Teleskoplader auf dem Tieflader mit
ausreichend widerstandsfähigen Seilen
am vorderen Teil des Teleskopladers an
den Verankerungspunkten 1 und 2 (Abb.
H4/4) abspannen.
- Die Gurte spannen (Abb. H4/4).
