REMOVING THE COMMON RAIL

Pressing the spring lock of the female connector, disengage the
female connector from the male connector.

NOTICE
Prepare a reservoir and a waste cloth because fuel spills when dis-
connecting the fuel pipe.

While working, be careful not to make dirt and water enter parts.
Clean off surrounding area of the nozzle and the fuel line con-
nectors.
DISCONNECTING THE HARNESS
Disconnect the connector connected to the common rail pressure
sensor.
DISCONNECTING THE FUEL PIPE
Unfasten the union bolt securing return pipe No.1, and disconnect the
return pipe No.1 from the pressure limiter.
REMOVING THE INJECTION PIPE
Remove the injection pipe from the common rail.
REMOVING THE PRESSURE FEEDING PIPE
Remove the pressure feeding pipe from the common rail and the sup-
ply pump.
