Recorder Status
Select the Diagnostics tab from the top, then click Recorder Status.
The Recorder Status page allows users to export NVR logs and diagnostics reports, as well as view the status of the NVR, the
primary storage and secondary storage devices.
NVR Status: Shows the status of the NVR. NVR status can be Configuring, Recording, Offloading or Safetynet Offloading.
Export Reports
•
Export NVR Logs on: Click on USB (to export NVR logs to a USB flash drive inserted into the USB port of the NVR) or click PC (to
export NVR logs to a location on a connected PC).
•
Export Diagnostics Report on: Click on USB (to export the last diagnostics report to a USB flash drive inserted into the USB port of
the NVR) or click PC (to export the last diagnostics report to a location on a connected PC).
Primary Storage Information
•
State: If SSD is present and working it shows 'Online' state, otherwise it shows 'Offline' state.
•
Drive Size: Total size of SSD drive (in gigabytes [GB]) if present in the NVR.
•
Drive Used: Total size of SSD drive used (as a percentage) if present in the NVR.
Secondary Storage Information
•
State: If any secondary storage is present and working it shows 'Online' state, otherwise it shows 'Offline' state.
•
Drive Size: Total size of secondary storage (in gigabytes [GB]) if present in the NVR.
•
Drive Used: Total size of secondary storage used (as a percentage) if present in the NVR.
