    OBSERVER™ 4120 HARDWARE USER GUIDE Installation The Observer 4120 is shipped with a base containing an integrated cooling fan. Ensure the cooling fan power cable is connected to the cooling fan power port. Remove the Security Cover and open the faceplate as described on the following page.
