Discovery Result
NOTE: Discovered cameras will be listed in the order they were discovered, NOT in the order they are connected to the NVR. If using the
Discovery Result page to configure cameras, users MUST arrange cameras in the order they are connected to the NVR by clicking in the
'No.' box and selecting the correct camera number from the dropdown menu.
Combine Event & Continuous: If enabled, Continuous
Recording and Event Recording will record on the same
stream, and the secondary stream will be used for Live Video
streaming.
Enable: This option is selected by default. To exclude a
camera from the configuration list, uncheck the box.
No.: Click in the box and select the correct camera
number from the dropdown menu.
Device Type: The camera model will be displayed here.
Device Name: The camera name will be displayed here.
Users can enter a unique name for the camera, up to 15
characters max.
Recording Type: To disable a stream uncheck the box.
Stream Type: Click in the field and select either 'Main'
(high resolution) or 'Sub' (low resolution) as the Stream Type
for each stream.
Codec: Click in the field and select the codec format for
each stream.
Resolution: Click in the field and select the resolution for
each stream.
FPS: Click in the field and select the frame rate for each
stream.

Click Save and Configure to save configurations and return to
the Audio / Video settings page.
Bit Rate: Click in the field and select the bit rate for each
stream.
Rotation: Click in the field to rotate the camera image (if
needed).
Audio: If audio is supported by the camera, audio will be
enabled by default. To disable audio, uncheck the box for
each stream.
Audio Codec: Click in the field and select the audio codec.
Snapshot: Select this option to enable the snapshot
feature.
NOTE: Codec must be set to MJPEG in order to enable this
option.
Time Display: Select this option to display a time stamp
on the camera's image.
NTP: Select this option to sync camera time to the NVR's
NTP server.
IP Address: IP address of the camera.
