Figure 37 RM24512 fan assembly installation
1. Install the fan assembly in place by aligning the thumb screws with the screw holes on the chassis base.
2. Secure the thumb screws until locked into place.
3. Connect the related fan connectors.

1. Ensure the air-flow direction pointers on the fan and the fan holder are in the same direction as shown.
2. Firmly connect the fan cable to the fan holder unit.
3. Attach the fan holder with the fan, and carefully push down until locked into place.
4. Engage the two embossed pins of the holder into the side dimples on the fan as shown.
5. Firmly push in until locked into place.
