Control data setting command
Receive instruction
When the data is stored in the receiving station's channel, the link special relay (SB00A0 to 00A7)
corresponding to each channel turns on.
By using this signal for the receive command, data can be read automatically.
The signal turns off when the RECV instruction is completed.
