3.6. ASSISTANCE AUX DIAGNOSTICS DES
INCIDENTS
Le CITOMIG XP affiche en temps réel la nature des incidents de fonctionnements.
Protection thermique :
Dépassement facteur de marche
Le générateur est verrouillé, la ventilation est déclenchée, le générateur est
disponible après quelques minutes.
Défaut protecteur
Si le défaut persiste, le générateur nécessite un dépannage.
Protection moteur :
Relais thermique
Si la consommation du moteur est trop importante le dévidage s'arrête. La
cause peut être un freinage du fil ou un blocage du moteur. Si le défaut
persiste, vérifier les pièces d'usures de la torche (Gaine et tube contact).
Défaut débit GRE : (si version eau)
Indique un défaut de débit du circuit d'eau.
Défaut carte :
Accès mémoire
L'accès à l'aide est impossible, le générateur reste utilisable en mode manuel.

The CITOMIG XP displays a description of operating faults in real time.
The generator is locked and the fan activated, the generator becomes
available again after a few minutes.
If the fault persists, the generator needs to be repaired.
If motor power consumption becomes too great, the wire feed stops. The
cause may be wire drag or motor jamming. If the fault persists, check the
wearing parts of the torch (sheath and contact tube).
Indicates a flow rate fault on the water circuit.
Quick reference function cannot be accessed, the generator cannot be used
in manual mode.
