The Support Services available from Avaya during the Warranty Period
are as follows:
• • 7X24 access to Avaya's support web site
• • 90 days access to software updates for repair of software defects
• • 90-day advance replacement of field replaceable units
• • The remainder of the warranty period, Avaya will provide a field
replaceable unit through the return to factory process.
