3. Remove the stator carefully using a screwdriver (figure 89).
4. Pull the stator, the steering nozzle and the reversing deflector out as a
single assembly (figure 90).

6.2. Repairing the stator
Replaceable parts in the stator include:
• seals (figure 91, points A and B), seal B is between the choker and the stator
• choker (figure 91, point C).
• anodes (figure 91, points D and E)
• steering nozzle plastic bearings (figure 91, point F)
