5. Steering nozzle and actuating cylinder
The steering nozzle (figure 81, point A) is used to turn the direction of the
water from the jet, causing the boat to turn. The steering nozzle is turned with
a hydraulic cylinder (figure 81, point B).

5.1. Steering nozzle
The steering nozzle can also be removed when the boat is in water, but it is
easier if the boat is out of the water.
5.1.1. Removing the steering nozzle
1. Open the connection of the reversing deflector intermediate bar (figure
82) and lower the deflector.
Please note that the steering nozzle must be straight when the deflector is
lowered.
