Insert the inlet tube into the analyzer and then push the Swagelok
nut on the end of the T-fitting through the opening in the front of the
analyzer chassis (beside the flow knob). This will provide room so that
you can swing the cell past the analyzer chassis and insert it into the
furnace (see Step 7 ).

Insert the cell into the cell entry hex nut hole and continue to push in the
cell until the threads of the T-fitting engage the cell entry hex nut. Turn
the inlet tube assembly clockwise until you can no longer tighten easily
by hand. The exhaust fitting portion of the T-fitting should be oriented at
9 o'clock as you look in from the front of the analyzer. (You may need a
wrench to position the exhaust fitting in the 9 o'clock position.)

Reconnect the exhaust tubing 1/4" O.D. Swagelok nut to the T-fitting.
Hand tighten the Swagelok nut, then use a wrench to tighten an ad-
ditional one-quarter turn. Always use a backup wrench when working on
sensor plumbing.

Reconnect the elbow fitting to the inlet tube assembly and tighten
until handtight. Tighten an addition one-quarter turn using a wrench.
Always use a backup wrench.
10. Reconnect the U-tube and hand-tighten the U-tube Swagelok nuts.
Use a wrench to tighten an additional one-quarter turn. Always use a
backup wrench.
11. Place the cell clip on the cell using a pair of long-nosed pliers (Figure 7-3).
12. Place the front cover on the analyzer.
13. Reattach the flow knob.
Turn the flow valve clockwise as far as possible.
Insert the spring onto the valve (kept from Step 4 of
"Cell Replacement")
Push the flow knob onto the valve and use a 0.5" allen wrench to
turn it clockwise and tighten it.
14. Place the top cover onto the analyzer.
15. Tighten the screws and washers that connect the top cover to the
analyzer.
16. Reattach the power plug to the analyzer.
17. Turn on the analyzer.
18. Recalibrate the analyzer.
