Initiate Verify
5-6 | Thermox CG1000 Oxygen Analyzer
Perform a verification so you can check that the system is within specification.
You can perform a verification with the pump option turned on or off.
NOTE
1.
Enter the verification gas value to match the verification gas you use
to verify your system (see the "Configure Verify" section later in this
chapter for help on how to do this).

From the Calibrate key menu, select Initiate Verify.

Select Continue Verify if you have already entered the verify gas
value. Select Abort Cal Verify to exit the verify operation so that you
can enter the verify value.
You are prompted to apply the verify gas to the inlet port on the back of
the analyzer (tubing must be free of oil and dirt):

Press Enter when you have applied this verify gas.
The display then shows the following:

Adjust the flow rate to 150 sccm (± 5 sccm) using the flow knob on the
front of the analyzer. Wait for the verify gas reading on the far left of
the first display line to stabilize. Once it does, press Enter. The reading
on the far right of the first display line shows the setpoint value you
entered using the Configure Verify menu option. This setpoint value
should match the cal gas cylinder for the verify gas.
