Interpretation of the signaling lights located on the sensors
Green LED ON
Green LED BLINKING
Red LED ON

Normal operation, the yarn is running inside the
sensor;
No technical failure detected by the sensor.
Sensor in automatic numbering phase.
Normal operation, the yarn is not running inside the
sensor;
During machine operation the sensor has detected a
failure (broken yarn) and currently the yarn is steady.
Stopped sensor. Switch off, then switch on the
system. If the condition is permanent, replace the
sensor.
Sensor not powered.
1) TARGET reached.
2) Fault in the sensor (e.g. a loss of data). You must
re-program the device. This type of failure only
occurs at power on.
During machine operation the sensor has detected a
failure (broken yarn), but currently the yarn is running
again.
