Connect the antennas or the trigger sensor with a suitable connection cable via
the M12 plug-in connection on the top side of the housing.
Do not disconnect the antennas from the communication module while a write or
configuration command is active, as this can cause a fault in the antenna.

Grounding connection

The ID 200/C-PDP communication module is connected to ground via a screw on the
bottom right of the housing. The ID 200/A flat antennas are grounded via the contact
ring on the right fastening screw.
Connect ID 200/C-PDP to ground
To guarantee safe grounding, the toothed washer must be mounted between the
crimp connectors and the housing.
Use a protective ground conductor with a line cross-section of
at least 4 mm
2

Connection of the RS 232 diagnosis interface

To connect the ID 200/C-PDP to a RS232 interface, use the adapter ID 200/K-DIAG.
To connect the interface to a PC, the zero modem cable ID 200/K-NMK is also
required.
If the PC has no built-in serial interface, a USB / RS232 converter can also be used.
Converters with chips from FTDI or Prolific are recommended.
