4.1 Product family

The brand name ID 200 stands for a complete identification system. The system
consists of a communication module ID 200/C-PDP, including PROFIBUS interface,
inductive antennas (125 kHz and 13.56 MHz), as well as the corresponding code
carriers and data carriers in many designs. The ID 200 is also open for connecting
additional TAG/antenna systems.
The system is suitable for control cabinet use, as well as for field applications
in IP67. The interface to the superordinate field bus is integrated in the housing and
all connections are pluggable. This enables simple installation and quick, error-free
replacement of the device in the event of a fault. The consistent EMC concept (metal
housing, grounding, shielded cables) offers a high level of interference resistance.
4.1.1

A number of antennas are available for the ID 200/C-PDP in a variety of different
designs. You can connect inductive antennas (125 kHz and 13.56 MHz) to suit your
application.
