The command SW (single write words) only works with the mobile data carrier
MDT-H. Not with the fixed code data carrier MDT-L!

The antenna attempts once to write <WordNum> 32 bit words from address
<WordAddr>.
In the reply to write, <WordNum> returns the number of words to be written if
<Status> is still 0xFF (command in progress).
Once the command has been processed, <WordNum> always returns 0.
