The following elements can occur depending on the command:
sts = Status of the reply in the form "s:x" with x=status
para = parameter, e.g. the start address and number of words in the form
"d:ssss:wwww" with ssss=start address and wwww=WordNum
the = total length of the data package("l:xxxx") with xxxx=hexadecimal length
data = the first up to 8 bytes of the data package in hexadecimal form
("HH.HH.HH.HH ...")
