COOKING without PROGRAMMING
The oven can be used in the manual position. The oven starts working immediately and has to be switched off
manually.
- Turn button "A" to the right until the manual symbol
To cook :
- Select a temperature with the thermostat knob,
- Turn the oven control knob to the requested cooking method.
The oven will start immediately.
To switch it off, turn back the oven control and thermostat knobs to the off position.
COOKING or PYROLYSE CYCLE with TIME SETTING
The oven can be programmed for a precise cooking or pyrolyse time setting, with immediate start and automatic
stop; the maximum time duration is 180 minutes, or 3 hours.
- Before any operation, check the position of the pointer "C". It should be positioned beneath the small hand of the clock.
- Turn button "A" to the right and select a time duration:
For cooking :
- Select a temperature using the thermostat knob and,
- Select a cooking method with the oven control knob.
For a pyrolyse cycle :
- Turn the oven control knob to the "P" mark, for pyrolyse.
The oven will then start immediately.
It will switch itself off automatically when the pre-selected cooking time is up.
The end of cooking is signalled by an alarm, which will stop automatically after a few minutes.
The alarm can also be stopped manually, by turning button "A" in a clockwise direction until it points to the
COOKING PROGRAMME or PYROLYSE CYCLE with TIME SETTING and DEFERRED START
The oven can be programmed with a precise time setting, for cooking or pyrolyse, and with a deferred start.
The programmer takes complete charge of the cooking or pyrolyse cycles with automatic starting and stopping.
First : set the required start time for cooking or pyrolyse.
- Pull and turn button "A" until the pointer "C" indicates the time you wish to cook or to start pyrolyse.
Next : set the time duration for cooking or pyrolyse.
- Turn button "A" to the desired time duration.
For cooking :
- Set the required temperature with the thermostat knob,
- Turn the oven control knob to the desired cooking method.
For a pyrolyse cycle :
- Turn the oven control knob to the "P" symbol, for pyrolyse.
