ACCESSORIES

The oven shelves
A : This type is for holding baking tins and dishes.
B : This type is particularly suitable for cooking meats with the grill or turbo-grill,
as it is fitted with rails so that the drip-tray can be slid underneath.
Both types of shelf are specially designed so that they always stay horizontal,
even when pulled out to the maximum extent. There is no risk of sliding or spilling.
The drip tray
This is designed to collect juice when grilling. It should be placed on a shelf, slid
under the rails or placed on the oven bottom.
* Never use the drip-tray for roasting, as this will cause fumes,
grease splashes and rapid staining of the oven.
The confectionery tray
The confectionery tray should be placed directly on the shelf. Small pieces of
confectionery such as buns, shortbread and meringues can be placed on it.
The oven comes supplied with two confectionery trays, allowing you to bake on
two different levels at the same time.
They should be removed from the oven when not in use.
NB : baking tins with removable bases are not leak-proof and fruit juice or sugar
can drip on to the oven bottom where it solidifies and becomes difficult to remove.
The Rotisserie
The rotisserie is supplied with a skewer, two forks and a skewer support bracket.
When the skewer is engaged in the drive-socket it begins to rotate and the food
is automatically cooked.
We recommend the use of a glass vessel when cooking meat.
The use of hollow earthenware vessels is preferable.
