THE ROTISSERIE

USING THE ROTISSERIE :

- remove all accessories from the oven,
- place the drip tray on the bottom,
- centralise the meat on the skewer using the two forks,
- fit the skewer on to the support bracket,
- slide the bracket and the skewer on to the second level from the bottom.
The end of the skewer will then be facing the opening of the drive-socket,
- engage the skewer in the drive-socket
- next, turn the selector knob to the "rotisserie" function
- and turn the thermostat knob to 280°C.
No pre-heating is required when using the rotisserie.
On the FE 5573 RU model, the rotisserie is timed; it continues rotating for a further five minutes after cooking has finished,
in order to distribute the residual heat evenly.
It is advisable to cook only medium-sized pieces of meat on the rotisserie and to oven-cook bigger ones under the Turbogrill.
They will cook much better in this way.

COOKING TIMES :

- 20 / 30 min per kg for beef,
- 30 / 40 min per kg for lamb or mutton,
- 60 / 70 min per kg for veal and poultry,
- 55 / 65 min per kg for pork.
ROTISSERIE COOKING SHOULD BE
CARRIED OUT WITH THE OVEN
DOOR AJAR.
